It's big enough for all my needs - I don't know what yours are. I wash my face, brush my teeth and on occasion hand-wash a dainty or two. I could use more space around the edge for holding stuff, but that's what you get with a pedestal sink. I've been really happy with it. Our bathroom is tiny, so it conserves space, the bowl is big enough to wash your face comfortably, and visibly it does not take up much space.
