It pains me to write that the kitchen renovation is now on day 32. Want. Kitchen. Done. Now!
While I couldn't get a straight answer, it seems the contractors are on vacation, or on another job, or out of town, something like that. So, hopefully they will return later this week! There is probably two days left of work. One full day and another few hours.

I had a similar experience at the end of my bathroom remodel. My boyfriend stepped in and played "bad cop" to get it all done.
Amazing how people can leave a project unfinished. If we did that at our jobs, we'd be fired, but it seems accepted and even normal in the renovation world.

It is really bad. I should have been more tough last week and made them come a day or two earlier to it would be done already.
