Let the packing begin!

This weekend, it all begins. The house will once again be filled with chaos and clutter. It's a strange feeling to know that all the appliances (including the fridge!!) will be gone for weeks. I'm frantically searching for recipes and solutions to living without the option of refrigeration. Powdered creamer for coffee? Check. A small cooler with ice? Um. . . . don't have that yet.
